I, individually, and as the authorized representative or master of my team, the boats crew and any guests aboard, understand that the Suncoast Kingfish Classic, LLC, WRD Sunshine Skyway LLC, Sky Operations LLC, WRD Sky IV LLC, SkyBeach Marina LLC, and any of their affiliates, agents, representatives or assignees shall not be liable under any circumstances for any injuries or damages arising out of my team(s) participation in this tournament regardless of the cause. We understand that there are certain risks and dangers associated with these activities, accept them, and waive any rights to any claims of any nature associated therewith. Our team is individually, and as a group, fully responsible for the operation of the boat and the care and safety of its occupants at all times. If any member of the team, or any team, makes any claim against any of the foregoing entities operating this tournament, we agree to indemnify and hold harmless all such entities for any such claims of any nature including reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

I have read this waiver of liability carefully, understand it and any of my questions concerning it have been answered. I further attest that I have read the tournament rules and regulations associated with this tournament. Participants in this tournament are advised to obtain insurance covering their vessels and the occupants of the vessels during this tournament.
